Job Description:
  • I’m responsible for the Software Engineering and support for Digital & Technology within a group called People Technologies.
  • We have 2 ServiceNow Platform Product teams with multiple squads within them.  
  • This position will support one of Product Engineering teams on the ServiceNow platform.
Project Description:
  • This position is to fill a Technical Analyst role on our team.
  • We have a complex backlog and new requests coming into our development pipeline that need an experienced Technical Analyst with ServiceNow experience to flesh out the details, translate into stories for engineers and drive delivery of the finished product.
Position Summary/Job Description:
  • Meet with customers to gather and validate Business requirements and transform them into written functional technical requirements for ServiceNow development.
  • Works directly with Engineers and Product Managers to review the intake demand and build a roadmap to align ServiceNow with organization strategy.
  • Leading Scrum Ceremonies, including story creation, grooming, defect tracking, prioritizing, etc.
  • Track the completion of technical unit testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist with technical writing – Design documents, release notes, user guides, Knowledge articles.
  • Status communications and reporting as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating Sprint and Release cycles as needed using agile methodologies.

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification.
  • Experience documenting requirements for ServiceNow Enhancement / Implementations
