Position Description:

  • Need a coordinator to create material ID's and manage infrastructure and shared services project changes, in flight and 2021/2022 planned/funded projects:
  • Server refresh, storage refresh, cloud automation and orchestration, resiliency, and infrastructure modernization.

Role will be responsible for change management on the infrastructure projects and infrastructure purchase requests
  •  Working with diverse groups of technology resources with competing priorities gather needed information from the project teams as part of their introduction of new technology  .
  •  Using our ITSM tool (HP Service Desk or ServiceNow) to enter service requests
  •  represent change requests on a weekly call discussion of companywide IT changes Strengths
  •  Able to work independently
  •  MS Excel master
  •  SAP experience/familiarity
  •  Critical thinking
  •  Soft skills a must; ability to manage varying opinion, ability to translate technical speak in to change support, ability to coordinate cross team testing
  •  Technical experience or natural curiosity to learn new technology
  •  Strong organizational skills: this involves a ton of process and identification of process improvement as well
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  •  Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
