Description:

  • Candidate will support ICUE application enhancements (tech stack - Java, javascript, Oracle DB, My SQL, Kafka, Azure)

Ideal Background:

  • Healthcare work experience or background or prior experience would be nice but not required.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of QE experience background with test automation using Cucumber/Selenium, POSTMAN, and writing SQL. Development background in Java, JavaScript, would be nice to have.

Team and Team size:

  • Candidate will be part of BrothersKeeper Scrum Team.
  • This team has 3 developers, 1 lead developer, 1 SA and 1 QE, the candidate will be the additional QE resource.
  • All members of this team are onshore as this team also supports any offshore restricted work.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, reuse, and execute tests in multiple software lifecycle, e.g., ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)/Agile setting
  • Codes automated test scripts
  • Develop in-depth system and application knowledge to provide higher test quality and coverage
  • Develops awareness of upstream and downstream system interactions and dependencies while working on automation solutions
  • Adheres to quality control guidelines & practices
  • Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories
  • Ensure functional and non-functional acceptance criteria aligns to the business value statement

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Has working knowledge of ATDD, Agile and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency with writing database queries.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using POSTMAN

Tools/Language

  • Cucumber/Selenium Framework
  • GitHub
  • Java/Java Script
Interview Process:
  • Phone interviews, at least 2 rounds of interviews. Both will be technical interviews.
