Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end research participant recruitment process including managing the planning, scheduling, coordinating, and tracking of research sessions
  • Build and manage our organizations participant panel, including recruitment, incentive strategy, member experience, etc.
  • Create on-brand and effective written communication for engaging with research participants
  • Develop, manage, and evolve our research participant database for recruiting participants
  • Organize research team documents and reports both internal to the Analytics, Research, and Insights team
  • Develop and document processes, best practices, and templates to ensure workflow is consistent and efficient across researchers
  • Be the operations and strategic partner to the Director of ARI Operations—oversee the systems to manage workflow, advise on recruitment resources, and identify new opportunities to improve the effectiveness of how we work
  • Own the strategy and recruitment system to ensure our process is efficient, compliant, and a delightful experience for participants and researchers
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure all engagements meet the needs of the research team and procurement, legal, security, and privacy requirements
  • Work with research leads to identifying new tools and opportunities to improve the way we work.

 

Qualifications:

  • Comfort working with a great degree of autonomy in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience working in Research Ops, i.e. this isn’t your first rodeo;
  • Expertise with databases, i.e. SQL to query (e.g., joining and filtering);
  • Experience in data privacy policies (CCPA, GDPR), vendor management, procurement, and incentive management
  • Familiarity with User Interviews, Qualtrics, Intercom, Airtable (or similar), Dovetail, and Maze
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a multi-project workload
  • Tenacity—you proactively seek ways to overcome challenges without giving up
  • A bias for action coupled with a sense of urgency
  • A passion for process improvement and a desire to leave things better than you found them
