Description;

  • Manage intake and organization of business needs and requirements
  • Create and lead a Change Advisory Board (CAB) to prioritize and schedule changes among existing and future UPV customers
  • Create and manage communications (SharePoint site, Teams sites, multiple presentations for every level of the business)
  • Manage data definitions and data business partners
  • Lead rollouts of UPV to business areas (includes creation of change impact analyses, process recommendations, Super user creation, and training)
  • Manage and support the UPV Super User community
  • Track and measure business benefits
  • Interface with IT team to support releases as the primary business partner and coordinate UAT
  • Own and manage the overall UPV Roadmap, in coordination with the enterprise Product DNA Program

Desired Skills:

  • Experience transitioning projects to sustainable programs
  • Involvement with IT Projects in either a BA or PM capacity
  • Experience with IT Portal or Interface projects or programs
  • Skilled in process analysis
  • Experience with creating and deploying training
  • Solid understanding of data (either systems or business management)
  • Successful experience working in matrixed organizations
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proactive and effective communication skills (writing and presenting)
  • Familiarity with MS office software including Excel, Teams and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Continuous improvement experience and mindset
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Experience working with a validated system

Educational Background:

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 3+ years of managerial experience (program or people), or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with 2+ years of managerial experience (program or people).
