JOB DESCRITION:
  • As the member of a collaborative Marketing team, the Social Media & Content Manager plays an important role in the effectiveness of our overall marketing efforts.
  • You will focus on brand awareness, content creation and social connection.
  • This role will be expected to own our organic social media strategy, monitor agencies for social listening and execute programming.
  • You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to both consumer and clinician audiences.
  • As a Social Media & Content Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Partner with the leadership team to bring to life our strategic vision for direct to consumer and direct to physician GTM strategies on social media.
  • Lead social media content development and ideation with a focus on increasing following and engagement across all social platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Own social content and platform positioning to ensure thoughtful and intentional approach to content distribution, community engagement and innovative, break-through storytelling.
  • Present analytics and insights for all social media platforms with actionable suggestions monthly & longer-term trend, covering growth, engagement, and new followers
  • Create polished, on-brand content in the form of copy, assets, and video to support the calendar (based on input, images, video and branding from the businesses)
  • Proactive and detailed content curation, including editorial calendar management, copy writing, artistic development and alignment with priority campaigns and announcements.
  • Focus on brand and messaging consistency, responsible for outstanding quality assurance and standards across channels.
  • Track, share, and action social trends, new platform developments and competitor examples through social listening

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience developing and managing social media content, strategy, channels, and campaigns including brand awareness and acquisition
  • 2+ years' experience in influencer, social media, digital marketing
  • Possess passion for photography, videography, and supporting video editing skill set
  • Strong communications, organizational, and project management skills to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with added attention to details
  • A strong storyteller, able to distill content into bite-sized social media captions and images
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, critical metrics, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
  • Experience building and delivering high brand engagement social media marketing programs that acquire new B2B customers, expand brand awareness, and engage consumer
  • Experience crafting, editing, and posting content in various social operational tools and platforms
  • Production savvy - you understand how to source UGC content and tap into platforms like CANVA.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
