AVP Support Services - Austin, TX

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • This person needs to have experience and can speak intelligently about how to grow a team
  • They will be growing the tech support team from 4 current people to 7+ plus additional contract hires.
  • They will be working 50% on help desk tickets and 50% on management and organizing and growing the team
  • Help desk tickets are to support internal employees in the company, over 50 locations around the country, support tickets can range from needing help logging into email, help with ring central, passwords..exc
  • Must have experience with day-day operations with 365
