Description:

  • The Technical Training Developer is integral to the ITSM M&A team’s success. You will focus on defining, creating, and managing the collection of training material to enable the M&A team to deliver training to new M&A organizations.
  • This role will drive a variety of tasks and outcomes including defining the training and development for ITSM products.
  • This role will partner closely with the other Product Owners, M&A Change Agents, Systems Analysts and Engineering Leads.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
  • Determine course content according to objectives
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle
  • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
  • Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience developing training material for short 3 to 5 minute training videos
  • 1 to 3 years of experience developing training materials for in person training sessions
  • 1 to 3 years of experience creating and overseeing the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, job aids and manuals
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical writing
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Advanced level of proficiency with PC based software programs required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform
  • Self-starter with the ability to appropriately assess the need for independent decision-making verses leadership escalation
  • Ability to react to product adjustments and expectations promptly and efficiently
  • Strong technical skills and ability to pick up new technologies quickly is beneficial
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Passion for customers and a demonstrated focus on customer experience
  • Energy, motivation, and commitment to drive to results in a challenging, fast – paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions and garner respect from other team

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Resource will be working to create technical training material to support ITSM application that is built on a ServiceNow platform

Ideal Background:

  • Candidate needs to have a background in training documentation creation
  • Previous Healthcare experience would be good, but not required

  • 10
  • 4 Business Analysts
  • 1 Program Manager

Top Responsibilities:

Working Time:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Interview Process:

  • Video or in Person depending upon candidates location
  • 2 rounds of interviews
  • Interviews will not be very technical
