JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the project management of In-Store Marketing programs. Owning end-to-end workflow - creating project plans, driving timelines, and coordinating work across internal and external partners.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the central point of contact for In-Store Marketing, managing day-to-day relationships with agency partners, field sales team, and dealers
Create project plans, master tracker and timelines. Coordinate reviews and approvals. Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure program delivery.
Manage multiple parallel efforts with attention to detail.
Facilitate problem-solving and issue resolution with dealers in a timely and responsive manner.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager, providing proactive status updates to keep the cross-functional team (Marketing, Sales, Dealers) informed at all phases of the programs.
Support and track budget to monthly and quarterly commitments.
Contribute to process improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of relevant experience (Project Management, Marketing, or related field)
Familiar with ad ops and trafficking
Excellent written, negotiation, presentation and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of executional excellence, organization, accountability, and relationship building to deliver results
Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to make rapid adjustments in response to business needs
