Description:

  • We are anticipating that this is more of an entry-level role into the team. 1-2 years of experience is acceptable.
  • Certainly open to those with more experience as well.

SPECIFIC TOOLS/TECHNOLOGIES:

  • Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
  • Must be able to work fully remotely, including access to highspeed internet capable of supporting MS Teams video calls.
  • Must be able to type quickly & accurately in order to ensure efficient recording of meeting minutes.

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Candidate will support administrative activities, ad the direction of the Epic implementation program manager.
  • Tasks will include creation of meeting agendas, logging and distributing meeting minutes, updating of project artifacts such as risk tracker, decision log, change log, etc.
  • Follows up with project team members to ensure that tasks are completed by assigned deadline.

Ideal Background:

  • Healthcare IT background is a strong plus.
  • Project coordinator roles.
  • High attention to detail, highly organized, deadline driven, excellent time management skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to attend & facilitate remote meetings in a professional manner.

Experience:

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Top Requirements:

  • Document thorough meeting notes following a templated format, including a complete list of action items / follow-up tasks.
  • Keep project documentation up-to-date including status trackers, issues & risk logs, action items tracking, etc.
  • Coordinate specific project logistics, as assigned e.g. on-site logistics for meetings & training, go live support, scheduling large meetings based on availability.

Team and Team size:

  • Team of 10.
  • Project Coordinator will take direction from 1-2 Program Managers across multiple Epic implementations.

Working Time:

  • 9AM-5PM ET, with potential for hours to shift on certain days to better overlap with colleagues in Pacific Standard Time.

Interview Process:

  • 1 Round of on-camera MS Teams interview.
