The Sr. Systems Architect will play a key role performing complex, professional level duties in analysis, evaluation, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of our clients' Salesforce implementations. Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • This is a leadership role.  This leader will help shape scalable and innovative solutions for our Clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and managing technical teams, have experience with working with C-Level clients to help build confidence in the Salesforce platform, and technical architecture.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on various Salesforce technologies, features, and offerings.
  • Provide guidance on technical architecture, integration, development, configuration, customization efforts for the team.
  • Mentor and coach technical and non-technical Salesforce team members including 3rd party development resources.
  • Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions within the organization.
  • Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologies when needed.
  • Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
  • Keep aware of regular releases to help analyze new features, create new processes, and recommend enhancements to Salesforce.



  • Work with internal Solution Architects, Consultants, and 3rd party development teams to ensure best practices and scalable solutions are being built.
  • Regular code reviews for internal and 3rd party development teams
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration including customizing Salesforce applications using Triggers, APEX Classes, Visualforce, Workflow, Validation Rules, Flows, assignment rules, security, and access control.
  • Understand system architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.
  • Integrate the platform with other system using a variety of authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Build knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (MuleSoft, ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)



  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Own the platform technical strategy and capabilities to ensure scalability and functionality aligns with the clients roadmap.
  • Deploy a multi-disciplinary approach (i.e. machine learning, AI tools, business analytics, etc.) to solving business challenges
  • Contribute to building a repository of tools, playbooks and best practices.
  • Advise on environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer, business or related field, along with a minimum of five years' experience in related role(s)
  • 8+ years or related experience or equivalent in the Technology and applications field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and supervising Salesforce technical teams
  • Completion of full IT projects from initiation, delivery to support required
  • Four or more Salesforce Certifications is required
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding established client, project and performance goals.
  • Design, build and implement projects and solutions to achieve the planned roadmap.
  • Influence project decisions, development teams, assess the risk of various solutions, and re-route work to comply to best practices and standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with capability to facilitate deep technical conversations; ability to explain clearly the benefits of an architectural approach.
