Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Onboarding new markets, Application Upgrades, New Application installs, working with software development team on custom solutions

Ideal Background:

  • Experience with all methodologies of Project management:
  • Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid more waterfall than anything.
  • knowledge of scrum but doesn't need to be scrum master, experience writing business requirements

Team and Team size:

  • 3 members
  • All PMs

Top Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company

Skills/attributes Required

  • Must be a technical PM with experience working in IT 3-5 years

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • PMP, 4 year degree, experience in a leadership role, experience with Jira

Working Time:

  • M-F 8-5
