JOB SUMMARY:
Researches, analyzes, organizes, and manages the testing effort for changes and new development of corporatesystems. Assists in the design of system projects which may impact more than one functional group and more than one system. Creates detailed test plans and cases. Manages resources for all user system testing. This includes testing time, location, tools, personnel, etc. May assist in the development of training material as related to the project. Applies and shares problem- solving skills when working with new development or existing systems. These functions would be performed with assistance from a senior Systems Testing member.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Plans, manages and prioritizes testing activities for all testing phases.
• Creates a Project Test Plan, to include all phases of testing.
• Develops test cases to validate system design.
• Coordinates user testing within the corporation.
• Consults, approves and validates test plans and cases.
• Directs the daily testing activities to ensure testing objectives are met.
• Tracks and monitors the testing activity to assess progress and quality.
• Reports testing progress and results to project team and management.
• Uses the Project Management process to aid in the successful completion of a project.
• Actively participates and contributes in the process of determining the specific needs, requirements and design of all systems development and changes.
• Researches and analyzes system and business requirements.
• Makes recommendations for system design based on input gathered from operational areas.
• Evaluates testing documentation and tools to improve the testing process.
• Evaluates documentation and procedures

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ yrs testing experience
• 2 yrs. Guidewire testing experience
• Jira experience

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred.

SCHEDULE:
• M-F 8am-5pm ET or Central (no overtime)
