  • Works directly with Creative, Creative Operations, DAM Operations, Merchants and external vendors.
  • Coordinates all Product Page (PDP) assets, track progress of projects, act as a liaison between departments, coordinate projects to external vendors and ensure delivery of required assets
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Communication/follow-up with cross-functional teams
  • Elevates when pinch points arise within the calendar or timely final delivery
  • Attend weekly meetings, capture and action change 
  • Learn and adopt AEM- experience with InDesign a plus 
  • “Off-Process” change, Digital Site Set Up Log and LIAs – monitor and action daily
  • Performs other tasks and expands reach in support of stretch assignments when needed
  • Gathering imagery for internal brand partners as needed
  • Ensure brand-right and timely delivery of all assets 
  • Timelines 
  • PDP Shot Lists
  • DC orders for missing TOPs, prop racks, fittings
  • Creating product catalogs each floor set for the Digital Commerce team
  • Managing the missing data smart-sheet and communicating with merchants/planners when product isn’t in the SAP feed/ TRACK
  • Organizing still detail shot requests for the Creative Drive studio 
  • Coordinating editorial images for PDP (creating E-numbers, getting them cropped to specs and set up correctly in image containers) 
  • Scheduling ADs for Creative Drive shoots
