  • Technical Project Manager We are looking for a PM fluent in the project management discipline, coordination of teams across organizations, creating charters, defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning, scheduling and execution of the work.
  • Two primary focus areas during this engagement are Enterprise Mobile Migration and Win OS Migration projects, experience and knowledge of technology platform migration will put candidates in a better position

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management.
  • Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects
  • Conducting analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services.
  • Release management.
  • Metrics monitoring, management and risk mitigation

Ideal Background:

  • The candidate will have worked with a larger IT organization for over 5 years in the capacity of senior project manager, have BSA and PM experience working on their own to manage complex analysis tasks, develop relationships and be a strong self-managed individual.


  • Ability to give examples of working well within a matrixed team environment, great working with engineering and operations teams (and the ability to provide specific examples), have medium to large project experience working on their own to manage plans, coordinate teams across organizations, develop relationships and be a strong self-managed individual.

Top Requirements:

  • These are mentioned above, need those with at least 5-10 years experience.

Team and Team size:

  • This varies but, yes – a PM matrixed engineering teams and operations staff. Also working with Strategic leaders and having the ability to present to leadership.

  • Define, manage, and implement technology focused projects/programs
  • Applicants must be highly competent in role, with the ability to drive to results in a fast-paced environment.
  • This includes solid experience leading complex projects, creating charters, defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the work.

Interview Process:

  • b. Video vs. phone? Video
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? 50% analysis of tech-related, 25% requirements gathering and documentation, 25% managing relationship and reporting to leadership.
