Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The project entails elaborating on various points (Pre, Medical, Post) in the Medical Claims Lifecycle to help enhance functionality of Claim Adjudication Platform.

Ideal Background:

  • Extensive Healthcare Knowledge – 5+
  • SQL Knowledge 3+
  • MS Visio / or workflow knowledge 3+
  • Altova MapForce knowledge 2+

Experience:

  • Knowledge of SQL, ability to translate complex algorithms into MS Visio diagrams and good communication skills.
  • 5+ years leading business requirements gathering and documenting technology initiatives
  • 5+ years working with, manipulating, joining and analyzing complex data sets in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and similar tools
  • 5+ years driving continuous improvement efforts to ensure system and process efficiency
  • 5+ years of experience presenting complex analysis findings to leadership
  • 5+ years driving improvements in BSA approaches and working closely with program and project leaders to become a trusted source of business and system analysis
  • 3+ years of experience working with the business side and influencing without authority
  • 3+ years of working knowledge of SQL databases and queries
  • 3+ years of high level of expertise using MS Office applications and collaborative tools
