Job description:
  • Supplier all call - Wednesday, 10/13 at 12pm CST
  • Open to both local and non-local remote candidates.
  • Per 10/5/21 supplier communication: Ensure all Candidates are aware of and comply with the following BEFORE submitting.
  • If Candidates are unwilling to comply, Suppliers are NOT permitted to submit.
  • Effective 10/9/21 through 11/22/21, all Contingent Workers must be fully vaccinated or provide a negative result from a COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours prior to entering any Stella enterprise facility.
  • Effective 11/23/21, all Contingent Workers must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to enter any Stella enterprise facility.
  • Candidate conversion eligibility requirements:
  • Candidates MUST reside within 90 miles of a physical Stella enterprise facility for hybrid & onsite role designations or be located within the state of Minnesota for remote role designations. (For reqs. with potential conversion)
  • Due to current Candidate market, Suppliers should strive to align well-qualified Candidate submittals to the Req Bill Rate.
  • However, if the Candidate market is not bearing well-qualified Candidates within the existing Bill Rate limit, Suppliers should NOT withhold submittals for that reason alone.
  • Submit well-qualified Candidates at fair market Bill Rates; Assignment Managers will review Bill Rates to determine if their budgets can accommodate what the market is dictating.

  • Single source of entry to Client tools, communications and materials for Agents and Clients, along with Client managed security and provisioning to ensure our ability to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Advanced reporting capabilities (agent self-serve push/pull) with integration to new tool in 2022
  • Easy access to all quoting, enrollment and member/client maintenance tools integrated to one sign-on experience
  • Dashboards and communications that will support market specific information and goals
  • Access to market information that is relevant to the user, without extraneous information that does not add value
  • Ability to interact with Client for service, updates on members/clients, as well as general account information
  • Ability to leverage our tools, or if appropriate, integrate with Client for inbound/outbound data transfers
  • Team Culture: Fast paced, detail-oriented, high expectations towards accountability of deliverables, multiple workstreams, team provides honest & straight-forward feedback. No travel needed.
Job Description:
  • Selected candidate will be responsible to perform highly complex technical and analytical work under limited supervision in support of developing and implementing strategic business solutions through meeting facilitation, research, audit, and analysis of data.
  • Communicates outcomes using both verbal and written communication.
  • Functions as a Content Expert/Business Lead on various work assignments.
A Day in the Life:
  • Maintains consistent communication and documentation regarding project status, risks, issues, and priorities with project sponsors and leadership.
  • Conducts in-depth research and analysis and translates to business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to communication complex concepts into business level communication for review and decision-making.
  • Anticipate trends, emerging issues and recommend best practices to ensure maximum results and develops metrics.
  • Contributes to the development of integrated solutions for unique and highly complex problems.
  • Recommends best practices to ensure maximum performance and develops performance measures.
  • Documents performance measurements and process changes.
  • Gains business understanding and approval.
  • Responsible for collaborating with business and technical team members.
  • Acts as a liaison with internal partners and external partners to identify opportunities and researches solutions for meeting these needs.
  • Expert working knowledge of analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of new or existing systems through reporting and documentation.
  • Prepares, facilitates and documents project requirement sessions to achieve milestones and objectives.
Required Skills and Experiences:
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them to business requirements
  • Ability to create technical and business process workflow diagrams
  • Ability to get up to speed with understanding of current systems and be able to quickly identify the needs to the vendors.
  • Ability to work well with multiple internal and external partners, as well as work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business and 7 years of analytical experience or 11 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Expert collaborative, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop accurate and appropriate communications to all levels of management.
  • Strong experience with the MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional research, analytical and problem-solving skills, yet is willing to acknowledge gaps in understanding with co-workers to gain more knowledge and increase skill
  • Expert level ability to make decisions based on analysis and business needs.
  • Exceptional ability to work in high paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and projects.
  • Expert ability to build cross functional relationships, which includes negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Expert analytical, conceptual, and logic skills to take high-level business product concepts and translate to operational and technical level business models and written requirements.
