  • The Lead Solutions Engineer within our Financial business will lead technology projects and initiatives with internal and acquired entities to stabilization integration efforts, mature process and drive culture change to achieve business goals.

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The Lead Solutions Engineer will support Financial business critical acquired entity projects and stabilization of integration efforts.

Ideal Background:

  • IT ops, project management, problem solving, collaboration with software engineers, logical problem solving.


  • Achieving problem solving with IT engineers.

Team and Team size:

  •  They will work with a wide variety of partners: software engineers, DBAs, project managers, scrum masters, business operations leads, etc..

  • Identify and prioritize business problems with business and IT leadership.
  • Lead your partners using a process oriented mindset, logical thinking skills, high level understanding of technology solutions, and critical thinking to collaborate with partners and develop plans that will achieve business goals, build a plan to achieve those goals, and execute on that plan to realize the business benefits.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and communicate risks and opportunities associated with production operations and peak season readiness.
  • Establish relationships with your partners to effectively collaborate and drive maturity goals and implement effective solutions.
