Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-powered demand generation engine to fuel organizational growth for the next 5+ years
  • Own creation and execution of demand generation strategy in collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing and Corporate Marketing teams
  • Lead multi-channel direct and channel acquisition campaigns including SEM, SEO, display, email, social, direct mail, events, ABM and content syndication channels 
  • Lead a high performing, metrics-driven team that can scale up to drive organizations growth through integrated demand generation campaigns, marketing operations, website, content development and analytics
  • Identify opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, activation, and retention by implementing new tactics, running optimization tests, and improving campaign performance
  • Maximize website user experience, site performance and resulting business outcomes
  • Define strategies for ABM programs to identify new prospects and expand the existing customer base
  • Exceed goals for pipeline development, conversions throughout the customer journey, and sales bookings targets
  • Build predictive models that can forecast demand generation spend with pipeline creation and closed bookings. Analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Work closely with all of Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market strategies, buyer personas, value proposition, messaging and content needs
  • Work closely with product marketing, marketing communications, and sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment


  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering. Strong in analytics and data-driven decision-making 
  • A minimum of 15+ years of demand generation experience and a proven track record of success at an executive level performance with a fast growth tech company
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of SaaS marketing and demand generation experience for tech companies
  • Experience marketing to SMB, MM and Enterprise customer segments
  • Proven excellence in relationship-building with all organizations at all levels
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching people and developing top talent into proven performers.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
