Job Description
  • Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Coordination and Project Management
  • Ability to manage and navigate multiple deadlines, including executing against a detailed tactical Communication Plan
  • Manages the execution of communications through a variety of approaches (intranet, email, digital signs, etc.); coordinates emailed newsletters
  • Partners cross-functionally with colleagues and vendors to ensure alignment of on-time and on-budget campaign executions
Communications Planning
  • Develops communications materials for Client global corporate and targeted audience segments, including all levels of Client leaders and employees
  • Supports the execution of comprehensive plans including strategies and tactics to achieve communication goals
  • Participates in measurement process to support continuous learning and identification of best practices
Writing
  • Writes key messages and compelling employee-facing communications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3-5 years of communications experience in a Marketing, Communications, Brand, and/or Advertising in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong editorial skills including: grammar, spelling, punctuation and working knowledge of AP style
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to translate complex material into engaging communications
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop creative solutions
  • Position is for internal communications and would support and US and also Global communications.
  • Writing samples would strongly be recommended (likely, to be required within interview stage)
  • Newsletter experience preferred (email); content creation from numerous partners
