ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
Creates the vision for developing, communicating, and implementing the user experience and associated UI framework and assets on a range of products; follows through with the processes and tactics to implement the vision:

  • Implements UX design in accordance to standards, conventions and patterns and repeatable processes.
  • Produces user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications that accomplish user goals.
  • Works with our development team to build out new features and enhance existing ones.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure envisioned experiences prelaunch as well as iteration post-launch.
  • Creates and documents design solutions and guidelines.

Supports user-centered design and defined business objectives:

  • Develops and provides successful strategic and tactical design recommendations based
  • on technical feasibility, usability findings and standard design practice.
  • Works together with Product Owners to identify and document technical requirements and implications of feature changes.
  • Collaborates on team recommendations with research, analytics, usability testing, customer insights and other insights as appropriate.
  • Strives to promote interaction design decision by explaining the user-center reasoning behind approach.

Researches new ideas/trends to support business objectives:

  • Initiates and manages user experience research and testing processes.
  • Champions new ideas, products and approaches.
  • Uses diverse inputs to identify and define exciting new concepts, opportunities, and



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Job Description

  • Demonstrated fluency in the best practices for web-based and mobile information architecture and responsive design, knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Strong user experience skill set including strategy, information architecture, and design aesthetic.
  • Proficiency with design tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, understanding how comps translate to code, and the ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent or equivalent technology delivery experience.


Ability to:

  • Work collaboratively with a team, demonstrate objective reasoning, prioritizing next steps that align with business and user needs above all else.
  • Adhere to design review cycle, close on design requirements and achieve consensus.
  • Well-versed in translating business objectives, user needs and technology capabilities into innovative design.
  • Champion and explain user-centered design recommendations.
  • Maintain an understanding of digital trends and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and influence..


Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in digital design, graphic design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, graphic designer or similar role.
