Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Various Call Routing projects and work requests for the UHC VCC Legacy.
  • Position to provide first level triage of all incoming Incidents, and supported ICM, ICNI, VCCD, PBX and routing services.

Ideal Background:

  • Technical Voice background in Call Center Support.

Experience:

  • Call Center support with focus on call flow development and routing logic.

Top Requirements:

  • Cisco ICM, Avaya PBX, Call Center support background.

Team and Team size:

  • UHC E&I, C&S

Top Responsibilities:

  • Complete all User Stories and Incidents as assigned Attend all Agile Team ceremonies and Project meetings

Software tools/skills:

  • Avaya ASA and Cisco ICM UIs

Skills/attributes:

  • Familiarity with Enterprise call centers, Experience with Avaya ASA and Cisco ICM interfaces

Working Time:

  • 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Interview Process:

  • Initial interview will be a 30 minute audio call may be followed by another round or two with other team members.
