  • Responsible for the performance of given product categories on the company's website.
  • This includes setting a digital floorplan that represents the Brand and is aligned with the Business's Seasonal Merchandise Strategy and delivers & exceeds the budgeted volume and profit goals.


  • Responsible for the strategy of product categories of the site, including: site product set-up collection organization, upsells, special projects (*new site every 4-6 weeks; daily and weekly data updates can also occur).
  • Analyze sales information and site performance metrics to identify opportunities to increase sales & site conversion, to be presented to Manager.
  • Assist in creation of weekly digital performance recaps to be shared with and presented to cross-functional partners.
  • Decide post-launch optimizations based upon customer behavior, selling information and inventory position.
  • Creates, executes and analyzes category up-sell strategies to drive volume.
  • Collaborate with manager to recommend special shop concepts, page layouts, navigation, and product page strategies to support category initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop appropriate layouts and featured product messaging on category landing pages for steady-state and pre-season planning.
  • Partner with Manager to develop linking strategy for all site content and own pass off to cross-functional partners.
  • Create product page looks for each new site, collaborating with Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure outfitting aligns with brand merchandising strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to develop linking strategies for drivers that provide the fastest path to product; helping to increase productivity of these channels.
  • Create seasonal digital hindsight for the category; analyze user behavior, site metrics and relate findings to sales and site performance to recommend best practices and strategies for future state, to be presented to Manager.
  • Works with Manager to strategize and influence site execution of category offers.
  • Become versed in content management system and its merchandising ability and potential; able to mine for new merchandising opportunities using content management functionality.


  • 1-3 years of related work experience in Digital Merchandising highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information, conclusions and recommend actions
  • Strong sense of urgency and thrives in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented and deadline focused with an intense attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter that displays strong follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with site analytics tools (i.e Adobe Analytics/Omniture)
  • Experience with content management tools preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes and additional software and web-based applications
