  • Deep understanding of each application deployed in Production
  • Deep understanding the need to drive release process for multiple agile teams
  • Deep understanding the need to drive performance and load testing process for multiple agile teams.
  • Driving and Documenting Root Cause Analysis of Problems experienced
  • Communicating and managing Production support issues with your consumers
  • Work with each agile team to determine release timeline and make improve the platform reliability
  • Demonstrate and continuously develop substantial depth of knowledge and experience in a modern technology development team.


  • UNIX, Java, SQL Preferred: Splunk, Jenkins, Elastic Search, Kibana
  • 8+ consecutive years in the software engineering profession
  • 3+ years hands-on expertise with UNIX shell scripts and commands
  • 3+ years hands on expertise with SQL writing queries and RDBMS

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This work is part of BH Clinical effort in modernize our systems to maximize our clinical value.

Top 3 Skills: Please list your expectations regarding years of experience for each requirement. There are 2 requirement sets:

  • Performance Engineer:
  • Deep understand of Software performance domain, preferred
    • 2+ years of NeoLoad or 2+ years of Gatling, understand and able to showcase the GUI performance is a must
  • Release Engineer:
    • Deep understand of Software Lifecycle, need to have clear communication and documentation skills, collaboration in Agile Setting and be able to drive process for release process.


  • Communication and Documentation, collaborate with other and drive for process improvement.

Team and Team size:

  • 5-6 Engineers with 1 SWE lead, 3 Mid-level SWE and an automation engineer

Interview Process:

  • c. How technical will the interviews be? Will heavily focus on processes and documentation, will ask about development background
