Assignment Synopsis –
  • Strong with administrator tasks, scheduling meeting, taking meeting minutes, assigning tasks from meeting minutes, following up on timeliness of tasks with individuals assigned, must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time, must be excel proficient and able to communicate at all levels for awareness.
  • Must not be shy or timid to request or make requests in writing or verbally from others.
  • All is in support of continuous improvement and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) projects

  • Timeliness of completed actions and tasks for each project, timeliness of meeting minutes.
  • Responses and deliverables from projects actions.
  • Continuous improvement and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) projects
Description of work environment/department:
  • Office setting with sitting for extended period of time and keyboard/computer operation/typing
