Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The full-stack engineer is essential Build/deliver/modernize ERA assets as per business needs and to help maintain the data needs of the contact centers operations, the Command Center and Workforce Management. In addition to maintaining data feeds, the full-stack engineer also manages new data needs and any source system migrations.


  • Experience working with Cloud
  • Programing skills
  • ETL experience

  • Azure cloud experience ( Data factory, Delta Lake, Data bricks, DevOps etc.)
  • SSIS/ETL tools

Team and Team size:

  • Overall 45+ member team. ETL team focused on cloud projects: 5 Developers , 1 PM

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience communicating with senior level business leaders and stakeholders
  • 8+ years of experience in Database development experience in SQL Server or any other DB
  • 8+ years of experience with SSIS or ETL Tools
  • 8+ years of experience with relational database architecture, design and development
  • 5+ years of experience working with ETL tools or Advanced SQL
  • 5+ years of experience working with Python
  • 5+ years of experience working on/ managing Data Warehousing projects
  • 3+ years of Experience with Snowflake or azure cloud technologies
  • 1+ years of successive project management/technical lead experience with a focus on reporting and analytics and/or management of global teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle, Big Data, DataStage, Jenkins, Github, MaprR cluster, Hive, Unix shell scripts
  • Working experience with Kafka

Interview Process:

  • 2, video, 90% technical
