Position Summary:

A Day in the Life

  • The Integration Specialist is responsible for contributing to the development of process design and solutions to support implementation of cutting-edge products used in the medical field.
Specific tasks include:
  • Serve as point of contact for technical details related to implementation of UNiD patient-specific technologies in the United States.
  • Maintain product-specific playbook with common customer technical questions and drafted responses.
  • Review and complete new technology, information security, and related questionnaires and agreements from customers.
  • Assist in requirements gathering, estimating, and planning efforts.
  • Assist in designing, testing, and documenting connectivity solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to assume increased responsibility.
  • Participating in on-going professional development activities.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
  • All activities must be performed in compliance with the Quality System.
  • Performs duties in compliance with site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
  • Bachelors degree required and 5+ years of relevant experience. OR Advanced degree and 2+ years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Working familiarity with the major health care data standards
  • Experience with implementation of personalized medical technologies
  • Experience navigating or collaborating with hospital VAC and/or PMO teams
  • Understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations, especially with respect to medical devices
  • Experience with product integration/connectivity solutions (site-to-site VPN)
  • Current or previous experience in Hospital IT
  • Experience in a medical service-provider environment
  • Oral and written communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience dealing directly with business customers
  • Interest in Data Enabled Therapies
  • Working experience with Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
