Role Overview: Develop IT Acquisition and Divestiture playbook, reference information and project templates to support IT decisions and activities through all phases of business acquisitions and divestitures including negotiations, TSA, licensing, IT transitions, etc… The process will include leveraging artifacts from prior business acquisitions and divestitures to consolidate and present the information in usable and appropriate formats. In addition, the process will also include interviewing key stakeholders to gain additional insights on key considerations and actions needed to support the IT portions of business acquisitions and divestitures and incorporating these into the playbook and related artifacts. Lastly, the process will include getting feedback from key stakeholders on the playbook and artifacts for refinement into the final version.

Skills:

Required:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take in a large volume of information in multiple formats (ie: existing artifacts, interviews, research, etc…) and compile information in effective formats to convey needed information appropriate to the audience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly jump in and independently deliver outcomes with minimal oversight; ability to effectively leverage experts
  • Experience with multiple IT projects supporting business acquisitions and divestitures initiatives within a large enterprise

Preferred:

  • Experience with multiple IT projects supporting business acquisitions and divestitures initiatives within a large enterprise including SAP ERP, Infrastructure & Collaboration system areas of focus
  • Experience creating playbooks, reference information and templates to capture key knowledge and create process efficiency and effectiveness
