  • The Core Platform & Operations team builds the platform that enables product development teams from across the organization to contribute to Client digital touchpoints.
  • Our team strives to build a platform that is scalable, stable, performant and easy to use by our consuming partners.
  • All of this to build and maintain a world-class customer experience.

Project Description:

  • This will be pivotal in helping build out better tools for our developers and ensure our production environment is stable and error free for our customers.
  • They will partner with our engineering squads to build and identify key roadmaps initiatives for our Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) and Production Automated Testing (PAT) squads.
  • All of this in service and connected to larger platform needs.

Position Summary/Job Description:

  • Develop Objectives & Key Results for our CI/CD and PAT squads
  • Build out detailed quarterly roadmaps for both squads
  • Build out, prioritize and maintain a backlog of items for both teams
  • Broadcast vision and strategy for squads to leadership
  • Work with the team on a weekly sprint cadence to ensure delivery schedule is being met

  • Product Management experience – 2/3 years
  • Backlog management
  • Strategy and vision articulation for teams
  • Stakeholder management
  • Agile methodology / practices – 2/3 years

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?

  • Web development experience
  • Experience with CI/CD build pipelines
  • Working in a large-scale dynamic environment
  • E-Commerce experience
