Description:

  • The candidate will be working specifically on architecture solutioning for Medicaid public sector and government RFPs.
  • The architect will look at RFP requirements and align them to technology solutions, either existing with new technologies.
  • The candidate will review RFPs, work with business architects, analysts and engineering to modify or create solutions for the RFPs.
  • The candidate will also create documentation and diagrams aligning to the solution(s).

Team and Team size:

  •  Multiple teams – sales, business (product), operations, architecture and engineering teams.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Business capability analysis
  • Aligning business capabilities to applications\solutions
  • RFP analysis of requirements
  • Solution architecture creation and documentation

Software tools/skills:

  • Visio, PPT, Word for documentation and artifact creation
  • Programming experience and knowledge (no specific skills required as the role does not include programming
  • Business architecture and business process

How will performance be measured:

  • Artifact creation - RFP response documentation
  • Architecture diagrams
  • Business capability mapping and process flows
  • Application analysis documentation
  • Strategic and current state presentations

Skills/attributes:

  • Business architecture
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Technical application analysis

Nice to have:

  • Medicaid experience
  • Behavioral Health experience
  • Health Care experience

Soft skills will an ideal candidate possess:

  • Collaboration, organization, big picture visions, communication
     

Working Time:

  •  Standard CST work hours: 8 – 5 Mon-Friday
