Position Description:

  • The Digital Asset Coordinator (Contract Position) strategically implements the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system which houses all creative assets including product photography, model photography, print and digital graphic design files, brand assets, video, music, and other digital content.
  • Given that digital assets are the final deliverable of nearly all creative work, the Digital Asset Coordinator (Contract Position) will report to and work closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • This will ensure that organization and distribution of digital assets is tightly integrated with creative workflows and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the migration of assets
  • Organize files based on folder structure
  • Implement and maintain metadata schemas
  • Maintain and streamline workflows for the use of assets in all relevant systems
  • Reporting on the progress/status of the asset management efforts, including but not limited to – measured output, growth projections, and asset life cycle
  • Support role-specific user training programs pertinent to all asset management systems
  • Listen, learn and adapt to changes in the business needs of the organization
