Position Description:
  • Remote work activity and Multi State Tracking requirements are increasing. We are looking for someone to assist with addressing employee questions, oversight of employees using the Multi State Tracker, and general support for the year-end process.
  • In addition, this position would be engaged with system enhancements and other process improvements.
Duties
  • Day to day oversight of data entry into the Multi State Tracker in HR Direct
  • Ongoing enrollment of new employees, training and communications
  • Send out year-end communication and assist with employee questions
  • Monitor that data has been entered through year-end
  • Re-evaluate current process for tracking and suggest changes
  • Work with HRIS Analyst team on any enhancements that are made to the tracking tool-testing, communication, etc.
  • Create a grid of state specific guidelines-NY telecommuter, etc. that can be used to address employee inquiries/cases
  • Review Daily Change Reports
  • Assist with year end tasks for EY state allocation true-up
  • Year-end queries and escalation
Skillset and Experience :
  • Payroll experience
  • Experience in a multi-state environment highly preferred 
  • Project management skills 
  • Good Customer Service/Communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Would be open to remote work arrangement and/or part-time work for the right candidate
