In 2010, one of the country’s largest banks underwent a digital redesign to bring their core websites up to present-day standards and functionality. This bank, which employs more than 74,000 people and holds billions of dollars in assets, needed a Strategic Staffing Partner who understood the digital space. Enter Horizontal Talent. Their need

As the bank dug into their redesign project, they quickly realized that launching the websites on time would be a huge challenge. The deliverables were tight, and their internal teams were already pushed to maximum capacity. To ensure an on-time delivery, the bank turned to outside help. They needed an agency who could partner with their stakeholders, gather requirements, work within branding guidelines and manage deliverables for some of their smaller-scale landing pages and microsites.


While working on their high-priority core websites, the bank discovered they were lacking expertise within several of their workstreams: project management, information architecture, creative design, user research, content strategy and front-end development.
