As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our top customers to retain and expand their business with our company.  Your objectives will be to provide insight to their current account usage, application performance, and educate them on what features/functionality we can provide to their business processes.  You will form strong business relationships with your assigned accounts and ensure they are receiving top-notch customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and deliver on the highest value items for our customers
  • Stay up to date with product offerings and convey best practices
  • Visit customers (when safe) to build relationships and drive value as a trusted advisor
  • Provide account health checks to customers on a rolling basis with the goal of driving adoption, identifying expansion, and discovering additional opportunities
  • Define short, mid, and long term goals with your clients and create joint success plans to realize objectives
  • Follow the appropriate escalation process to create and execute plans for at-risk accounts
  • Continuously self-educating on your clients' business and goals


  • 2 + years of Previous experience with account, client, or customer success management
  • Experience presenting to clients via video conferencing
  • Excellent written communications: clarity, brevity, grammar
  • Excellent verbal communications: articulateness, patience, listening skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills (not software, but assisting with onboarding new clients and ensuring all things get accomplished timely)
  • Technology enthusiasm/passion/aptitude
  • Sound Excel and PowerPoint Skills
    • Formulas, charts, reports
  • Ability to form business relationships - People skills
  • Basic understanding of relational database principles
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
