Position background:

  • Provides Reporting/Data Analytics for the client
  • Provides Ortho/Neuro specialty expertise (SME)
  • Provides expertise around Denial, AR and Payer related issues impacting the business

Ideal Background:

  • Revenue cycle background, particularly in a clinic setting
  • Experience with Ortho and Neuro clinical specialties
  • Analytical/Reporting experience
  • Account/Client Management experience

Team and Team size:

  • The team is very diverse with skill sets spanning Revenue Cycle, Operations, Compliance, Training/Delivery, etc.

Top Responsibilities:

  •  Provide analytics and insight into denials, aging AR
  • Produce and deliver a monthly presentation to the client
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested
  • Work/Interface with internal teams (i.e. AR, Claims, Practice Support) to resolve/research issues
  • Attend assigned meetings, respond to e-mail/phone calls related to client issues

Skills/attributes Required

  • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Clinical/Operations
  • 3+ years of Client Facing Experience

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Background with Analytical/Reporting Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Significant client-facing experience
  • Clinical setting background in Ortho/Neuro specialties
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Power Point

Position require a professional license or certification:

  • No. CPC or other industry certification is preferred.
