Key Needs:

  • Ability to independently create client-facing experience designs that align to strategic imperatives
  • Ability to rapidly create and iterate on low-fidelity experience designs to serve as stimuli during customer co-design
  • Experience facilitating co-design and concept testing sessions
  • Provide POV on best-in-class UX experiences, especially around profile
  • Ability to articulate key features/differentiators in collaboration with product
  • Assist in the development of a strategy for future customer-facing digital experiences o Prioritize key features for an MVP and experience roadmap
  • Ability to develop wireframe comps to leverage during co-design sessions (all held virtually, with no live concepting/wireframing needed)
  • Ability to give creative direction to associate-level visual designer so as to bring future state vision to life (low- to mid-fidelity static comps)
  • Provide insight around best in class profile experiences including progressive profiling - might involve some desk research to pull these experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the CX and Research leads
Job Description:

We are looking for an emergent UX Manager highly skilled at crafting exceptional experiences for our clients as they guide diverse teams to deliver those experiences. Ideal candidates will use their society-driven design prowess and interpersonal charm to lead research exercises, design explorations, and cross-functional development of high-end technology solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Ability to independently create client-facing experience designs that align to strategic imperatives
  • Ability to rapidly create and iterate on low-fidelity experience designs to serve as stimuli during customer co-design
  • Experience facilitating co-design and concept testing sessions
  • Provide POV on best-in-class UX experiences, especially around profile
  • Ability to articulate key features/differentiators in collaboration with product

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Excellent visioning skills, i.e. strategic illustration for future outcomes
  • Leading projects from start to finish
  • Data and insights analysis to determine experience success metrics & KPIs
  • Complex system mapping and process mapping
  • Deep understanding of user research and testing
  • Mapping user journeys and interactive flows
  • Wireframing functionality for features and content
  • Advanced interaction design
  • Advanced prototyping skills with either software or live code
  • Advanced knowledge of component-based design-development
  • Advanced knowledge of audits and competitive landscaping
  • Basic knowledge of project scope estimates
  • Public speaking and pitch delivery
  • Mentorship skills
