Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple engineering teams on a day-to-day basis to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and continuously improve software
  • Partner with business leadership to manage user stories and project commitments in an Agile framework to rapidly deliver value to our customers
  • Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible
  • Support the engineering teams release management processes and functions
  • Own the teams development methodology and drive modern solutions to complex problems

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
  • Over 5 years of experience with one or more of the following methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean or SAFE
  • Over 5 years of working with software engineering and familiarity with processes: design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops
  • Over 5 years of experience holding responsibilities for communicating updates to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Rally Software (formerly CA Agile Central) or equivalent Agile delivery management tool(s)
  • Experience working within, and/or the healthcare or financial services industries
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
