Role Summary:
  • Extensive experience understanding the business needs, documenting requirements, and isolating the delta and preparation of the business blueprint.
  • Extensive experience on gathering business and functional requirements for software bill of material for product security.
  • Experience contributing to all aspects of Software Quality Assurance activities in a FDA-Regulated Medical Device environment and ensure that software verification and validation is carried out in compliance with corporate policies and processes
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing Quality records, such as Validation Plan and Report and System Requirements Specification.
  • Strong project management and resource planning skills.
  • Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and system functional specifications including Use Cases, Data and GAP Analysis
  • Ability to coordinate System Testing and perform UAT workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to partner closely with business stakeholders and within IT functions.
  • Ability to onboard and come up to speed quickly on a project
  • Experience working with Quality Assurance to showcase the project and complexity.
  • Experience with partnering with vendors/suppliers to integrate new technology and tools.
  • Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience with data and product security (i.e National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA))
  • Experience driving work across a matrixed organization with impactful contribution to enterprise-wide projects.
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity, adept at change management, and capable of working in cross functional teams.

Requires a University Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
