Job Description:
  • Client Account Executive Team.  We are a part of a new & expanding Advertising group within Client – we manage campaigns and advertising solutions for our vendor & internal category marketing partners, as well as a growing list of media agencies, non-endemic brands, and brand groups.
  • Our team focuses on the selling and planning of campaign opportunities, partnering with account managers, research partners, media strategy and more to bring campaigns to life.  
Project Description:
  • These two CW roles will initially & primarily support the existing Account Executive teams, taking over the Account Exec/Program Mgmt role within our “co-marketing” campaign efforts with our internal category marketing teams.
  • Co-Marketing Campaigns are those that directly ladder up to Category Marketing strategies & initiatives – including onsite advertising that’s a part of larger full-funnel media campaigns, and marketing-led multi-vendor campaign.  
Position Summary/Job Description:
  • Work cross functionally to intake campaign needs (which will ladder up to category marketing strategies & initiatives, known as “co-marketing”) – including onsite advertising that’s a part of larger full-funnel media campaigns, and marketing-led multi-vendor campaign.
  • They will work with AMs, R&I, media strategy and more to bring these campaigns to life – finalizing the media plan, tool entry (saleforce & finance tools), and handoff to execution, through to results/recap. 
  • They may take on additional responsibility if their workload allows, such as executing additional turnkey campaigns/tactics in addition to their co-marketing responsibilities.

  • 3+ years of the following:
  • Organization
  • Marketing or Advertising Project Management
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Tool entry experience  
  • Strong communication skills
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
  • Direct experience in Salesforce or other CRM
  • Campaign management
  • Retail or consumer brand
