Responsibilities: 
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 
• Construct workflow charts, diagrams and user stories; studying system capabilities; writing specifications Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. 
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. 
• Working closely with architects, marketing team, project managers. 
• Document current process by working with architects. 
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. 
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to migrate into new system. 
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. 
• Performing requirements analysis. 
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making 
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. 
• Performing user acceptance testing. 
• Managing multiple projects 
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. 
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Requirements: 
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. 
• Excellent documentation skills. 
• Prefer experience with retail and or e-commerce is highly recommended and have good undressing of catalog, product and pricing models 
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
• Ability to work with multiple team and collect requirements 
• Advanced technical skills. 
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. 
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, JIRA and Confluence. 
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
