Description:
  • This role will be part of the MICD Operations Team and responsible for driving change and improving business outcomes.
  • The Prin Business Process Improvement Analyst will apply company's Operating System (MOS) to effectively lead Lean Six Sigma continuous process improvement projects and Cell Operating Systems (COS) across all Fort Worth Operations and will lead process improvement initiatives and disseminate continuous process improvement knowledge through training and coaching.
A Day in the Life
  • In this fast-paced highly collaborative role you will:
  •  Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
  •  Diagram and evaluate existing processes
  •  Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
  •  Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  •  Collect data to identify root cause of problems
  •  Measure performance against process requirements
  •  Align improvement to performance shortfalls
  •  Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
  •  May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control
  •  Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes
  •  Communicate team progress
  •  Perform cost and benefit analysis
  •  Develop metrics and provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  •  Apply change management, influence and communication techniques to ensure team progress and success
Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  •  Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years business process analysis, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
  •  Continuous improvement experience, including deploying Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
  •  Currently certified as a green belt by company's or a recognized training entity
  •  Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools and DMAIC problem solving methodology
  •  Competency in Microsoft Office programs and Minitab
  •  Strong financial acumen
  •  Working knowledge of Medical Device Quality Systems regulations and application of regulations within quality systems
  •  Ability to facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  •  Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in order to make decisions
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to establish and/or influence course of action
  •  Experience with cellular manufacturing

In compliance in compliance with state laws and regulations related to job posting requirements, the salary range for this role is $15.00 -$115.00 per hour (hourly rates in other locations could differ). This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
