Job Summary
Our Florida based client is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of enterprise level technology projects as well as managing maintenance sprints cycles, ensuring goals and/or objectives of each project or sprint are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budgetary parameters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated to solve problems and develop efficient processes for delivering large scale digital projects as well as routine enhancements
  • Ability to organize and lead scoping meetings with senior management across the organization
  • Work with groups from IT, Marketing, Ops, Corporate Accts and Call Center to manage ongoing digital roadmaps and timelines
  • Ability to work with multiple agencies to execute large scale projects
  • Coordinate and work with IT project managers and the PMO on release and testing cycles
  • Develop technology related project plans
  • Develop risk analyses for each project, including critical dependencies and contingency plans
  • Work with leadership to schedule projects and initiatives around available resources
Job Qualifications: Education & Experience Requirements
  • Certified Scrum Master a plus
  • Experience with Waterfall & Agile SDLC methodologies
  • Experience implementing and managing the agile methodologies across an organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years direct experience as a Technology Project Manager
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project Professional & Project Server or similar tools
  • Proficient with Jira or Microsoft Dev Ops or similar tools
