Overview:
If you are an experienced Senior UX Designer looking for an opportunity to work on leading edge technology looking to improve millions of lives while working in a cultural which encourages collaboration and design thinking, this may be the right place for you!

UX is the linchpin which brings together strategy, business, technology, and design. We ask our designers to be partners to our product owners and stakeholders, while being champions for our users. Candidates must be comfortable being autonomous but also be advocates for project management and getting the process right. They must have working experience in Agile/Scrum team environments and performing their own UX discovery.

Primary responsibilities:
•    Gain a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, through various product areas. 
•    Influence product and design directions by delivering a variety of design outputs, ranging from low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, to guide product development.
•    Collaborate with business and technical product owners, program managers, engineers, cross-functional stakeholders, and executives to create engaging user experiences with measurable impact. 
•    Articulate and present design strategies and decisions in clear and compelling ways to various stakeholders, executives, and end users.
•    Cultivate a collaborative cross team culture, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the UX product vision.
•    Constantly pushing for quality and proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for continuous process and product improvement
Basic Qualifications:
•    5+ Years of hands-on experience in a position dedicated to UX
•    Strong understanding of design expertise (Gestalt) and the ability to speak to your designs using industry terms
•    A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of design thinking
•    Expert knowledge of the principles of UX, Information Architecture, and Usability
•    Understanding of accessibility and heuristics
•    Excellent communicator and presenter with experience working in 100% remote environments
•    Expert in Figma, Sketch, or comparable design software
•    Has performed their own UX discovery, research, and design with experience quantifying user feedback for implementation


Preferred Qualifications:
•    Background in information architecture, HCI, Interaction Design, or similar
•    Understanding of engineering and development technical implications
•    Experience with product management or development
•    Experience working in the health care field (Clinical)
