As a Senior Product Design Manager, you will lead a team of designers. You will guide teams through complex problems and ensure we’re solving the right problems with effective, elegant, and functional design solutions. You have strong communication skills and know how to keep things moving in the right direction as you collaborate with our cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to our team’s vision and product plan while establishing long-term product strategies and process improvements. You have a passion for shipping great design work and your enthusiasm for the work you do gets others around you motivated to deliver.

  • Launch impactful products by iteratively designing, testing and refining.
  • Step into the customer’s shoes with the enthusiasm to build phenomenal experiences
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that product development and delivery is consistent with strategic and consumer insights
  • Champion user-centered design methods and standard methodologies of research and design techniques, including service models, system maps, journey mapping, personas, task analysis, information architecture, prototyping, and usability testing

Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UX and UI Designer, ideally with software or complex SaaS applications
  • Experience coaching and nurturing a team of high performing product designers
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, a flexible and friendly approach to working in teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes
  • Experience in using research to drive evidence-based solutions in partnership with product managers and engineering
  • Led design for a business-critical product or initiative and shipped products with significant improvements to the user's experience
  • Successful experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
