Job Description:-
  • The Brand Communications Specialist role will be responsible for managing the development and execution for key communication assets of the Filtret Brand portfolio across omnichannel consumer touchpoints (including ecommerce, social, email, and search), in partnership with the Filtrete business’s portfolio marketing team within the Construction and Home Improvement Markets Division.
  • Project Management/Execution.
  • Prepares creative briefs to provide to internal and external resources, based on the communications plans and scope of needs.
  • Utilizes internal and external resources to plan and produce communications projects.
  • Prepares accurate estimates of costs, milestones, and resources prior to initiating projects.
  • Monitors and recommends adjustments to project plans, as required.
  • Produces deliverables consistent with plan objectives and strategies, incorporating the knowledge and input of the cross-functional team, to meet expectations and necessary timelines.
  • Planning. Plans and produces communications projects and campaigns of increasing complexity that support functional marketing/business plans, organizational plans and Client reputation and brand strategy.
  • Proactively recommends plan modifications to the team.
  • Measures, analyzes, and reports project and campaign results.
  • Leadership. Initiates actions and leads project teams to design, develop, and implement projects or processes.
  • Identifies and recommends process modifications, as appropriate.
  • Leads implementation of changes.
  • Takes ownership for resolution of communications issues for assigned projects. Provides assistance and guidance to co-workers, team members and agency partners.
Additional Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Minimum three years of brand communications or marketing experience.
  • Minimum three years’ experience working with creative or digital agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, focus in Marketing or Communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with direct and cross functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ecommerce content development and management experience.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Adaptability - manage and maintain process, but be flexible and adjust as needed
