  • This is a non-exempt role.
  • The Associate Asset Management Analyst ensures desktop hardware and software procurement, deployment, control and compliance. Helps facilitate inventory and desktop lifecycle management.
  • Adhere to purchasing system policy and overall purchasing requirements.
  • Ensure that the desktop hardware and software asset inventory systems are maintained and accurate.


  • Responsible for assisting with implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the PC hardware and software asset system.
  • Monitor incoming work orders to ensure fulfillment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitors and reviews software license and hardware compliance. Help facilitate adequate stock levels to ensure fulfillment request.
  • Performs work using existing standards, methodologies and processes and have a basic understanding of other systems/business processes relationship to each other.
  • Provide metrics necessary to support desktop asset functions.
  • Serves as a team member, may also indirectly assist/guide contractors.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintains productive relationships with peers, IT management, functional business areas and external partners.
  • Works under supervision of more experienced analysts.
  • Regular assignments are completed with minimal supervision.
  • Work is reviewed for overall accuracy, completeness and soundness of business processes.
  • Has input to decisions that impact task level activities. Low to medium complexity work.
  • Errors or failure to achieve expected results may result in the expenditure of more resources than was planned or could have an indirect impact on software or hardware compliance.


  • Bachelors Degree, No advanced degree required. 1-2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting desktop software and hardware compliance. Knowledge in the use of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent Customer support skills.
  • Knowledge in records keeping, statistical analysis, reporting and desktop asset lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of desktop operating systems , application support as well as desktop application licensing and contract management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of process flow and desktop inventory system functionality.
  • Process internal global customer requests for IT computer equipment.
  • Work with approved vendors for fulfillment.
  • Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence. Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping.
  • Excellent Customer support skills. 3-5 Years of experience.
  • In addition this is a hybrid and/or remote position / best candidate will have ServiceNow experience.
