Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Skills in React & Springboot and areas they’ve worked on using these skills. Soft skills and team player.

Team and Team size:

  • Part of a scrum team
  • Scrum team has about 10 team members, plus working with leadership, business, other tech teams.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Build extensible and reusable UI components and scalable features that are lightweight and fast for the user
  • Breathe life into static mocks with CSS animations, transitions and visual effects
  • Develop responsive web apps that look and work great across multiple devices
  • Be involved in all aspects of the software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to development, testing and releasing code.
  • Partner with product management and engineering leadership to bring innovative technology and solutions to solve healthcare problems

Required Qualifications:

  • BS in engineering, computer science or similar field of study
  • 2+ Years of experience with REST APIs & Microservices
  • 1+ Years of experience with Agile/Scrum
  • Experience and comfort with using GIT
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Must haves in order of priority:

  • React - 4 years of experience
  • JavaScript ES6- 5 years of experience
  • Styling - 4 years of experience
  • TypeScript - 4 years of experience
  • Redux & Redux Saga- 3 years of experience
  • Spring Boot

Nice to haves:

  • Camunda
  • Storybook
  • Next.js
  • Formik
  • Microservices (RESTful, SOAP, API)
  • Node.js
  • Java / Maven
  • JUnit, Mockito
  • Multi-threading
  • Design patterns, Data structures
  • Test Driven Development (ATDD / Serenity / Cucumber / Selenium)
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Cloud computing preferred.
  • Experience with Azure or OpenShift or Google Cloud Platform

Working Time:

  • Normal business hours - (ex: 8am - 5pm)

Interview Process:

  • a. How many rounds? 2 in most cases
  • b. Video vs. phone? Video Conf. – indicated in req.
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? Soft skills mixed with tech (25/75)
