Paid Search Marketing Specialist--REMOTE

Essential Business Experience and Skills:
• 2-5 years of digital expertise with a focus on paid search (SEM)
• Understanding of how paid search interacts with mobile, display, retargeting, audience segmenting, social, etc.
• Prior experience and fluent understanding of SA360, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads platform and Google Campaign Manager
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Chart building, etc.
• Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and make sound optimization recommendations based on data
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Role Value Proposition:
The Paid Search Marketing Associate role on the U.S. Acquisition Digital Media Marketing team will be responsible for leveraging digital analytics and managing the day-to-day activation and optimization of paid search Property & Casualty campaigns. Campaign management is a key function for this role – it requires excellent attention to detail and flawless execution of successful paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
• Perform day-to-day paid search campaign activities including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
• Key partner for internal departments, and third-party providers to spearhead collaboration, facilitate discussions, planning, and project management
• Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search campaigns, including developing test plans and risk/benefit analysis
• Perform daily responsibilities associated with performance across Google AdWords, Bing, and other search platforms
• Partner with internal and external analytics team to generate and analyze data and metrics across search plans to develop data driven plan optimization recommendation
• Partner with in-house Social and Display team to identify opportunities to drive incremental business volume (i.e. Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual
advertising platforms)
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates
• Active monitoring and sharing of industry news and digital marketing trends with cross-functional marketing team
