  • Digital Platforms Communication product team driving the chat solution which supports Client Customer Care, Virtual Store, and Geek Squad Remote Support.  
Project Description:
  • Projects include supporting Chat product management (Remote Support, Virtual Store, and Client Customer Care).
Position Overview:
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for
:
  • Unified Chat Product Feature Enhancements
  • Remote Support UI Customer Enhancements
  • Unified Chat Bug Tracking and Closure across various teams
  • Unified Chat Entry Point tracking and strategy
  • Data Analysis
What would a normal day for this position look like??
  • Attending standups 
  • Meeting with stakeholders
  • Documenting requirements
  • Bug testing and validation
  • Accessing GCP
Skills Overview:
What are the MUST have skills and technologies that you are looking for in a candidate?
Basic Qualifications 
  • Work with key business partners to write/drive user stories, QA and Agile sprint planning
  • Understand what the customer needs are from a Geek Squad brand, Client.com & Mobile Perspective
  • Analyze site analytics and report / present out to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and execute projects and regular Agile software development rhythm
  • Must have 6-8 years experience translating customer requirements and feedback into effective online experiences, including story writing and managing sprints.
  • Must have experience as a product analyst or product manager for an online / web organization 
  • Financial and/or web analytics background
  • Previous Client experience is a plus
What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?
  • Project coordination/ management / Agile software development experience
  • Understanding of information architecture, digital graphic design, HTML, CSS, Adobe Analytics
What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
  • Ability to write requirements and communicate requirements to engineers and business stakeholders
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Solid understanding of customer facing / website user experiences
  • Customer obsessed
