Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Create documentation for Omni Genesys Voice Platform

Ideal Background:

  • Some familiarity with contact center would be helpful.

Experience:

  • Understanding some technical detail and Experience working with contact center applications.

Day-to-Day:

  • Apply Five Moments of Need (5MoN) methodology.
  • Review requirements and related documents to understand and capture specific operational guidelines.
  • Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine best solution.
  • Create documentation solutions that support business need, and align with internal document standards, styles, and practices.
  • Inspect and edit own work for clarity, consistency, and conformance to requirements.
  • Influence others by participating in individual and group reviews and incorporate changes and improvements to documentation.
  • Prioritize, organize, and complete work according to deadlines.
  • Support ongoing process improvement and change control activities.
  • Display a growth mindset and manage ambiguity and uncertainty.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ year instructional writing experience (task-level process documentation)
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Communications experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in English or communications-based program

Top Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ year instructional writing experience (task-level process documentation)
  • 5 years -Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word
